They kept that thing running day and night all weekend long.<br /><br />Basically what you have here is a kid's movie that tries to teach them not to torment bugs while trying to provide a little humor tailored to the parent so they don't go insane with boredom. Obviously I didn't see this movie as a kid because I have tried to get rid of ants with magnifying glass and flooding their holes, it just doesn't work. In fact, my favorite parts were when the bugs got eaten by the frog and when that one bug crawled through a beam of light and was instantly vaporized. I wonder what that says about me.<br /><br />A fairly good performance by the Cage, but at times it seemed like the emotions in his voice and the animated ant weren't quite in synch.
